Common questions about returns and exchanges

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items. Holiday purchases made between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No, we provide prepaid return shipping labels for all returns within the United States. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Can I return items purchased with a discount code?

Yes, items purchased with discount codes can be returned. The refund amount will be the actual amount paid after the discount was applied.

What if I lost my receipt or order confirmation?

No problem! We can look up your order using your email address or phone number. You can also log into your account to view your order history.

Can I return a gift?

Yes, gifts can be returned with a gift receipt for store credit or exchanged for a different size/color. Without a gift receipt, we can offer store credit for the current selling price.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive your return, it takes 2-3 business days to process. Refunds to your original payment method take an additional 5-7 business days to appear.
