Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

You can change your shipping address within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting our customer service team. After this window, we cannot guarantee address changes as your order may have already entered our fulfillment process.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

We can ship to P.O. boxes using standard shipping only. Express and overnight shipping options are not available for P.O. box addresses due to carrier restrictions.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and will send a replacement or provide a full refund.
